Paris vu par...

1h 32m • Comedy, Drama • 1965

Included to set the scene for the time and company in which Rohmer began his career, this anthology film also contains work by Jean-Daniel Pollet, Jean-Luc Godard, Jean Douchet, Jean Rouch, a founder of the French cinéma vérité movement, and Claude Chabrol. While there may be a moral issue at its centre, the film also shows a more comic side to Rohmer than may be seen in his features. A fastidious businessman has an encounter with an argumentative drunk in which the drunk may or may not be killed. Fleeing the scene, his guilt and paranoia grow.
